All towers receive hot-dip galvanizing with a zinc coating of at least 86μm. This meets IEC and TIA-222-G international standards. Compared to four-leg angle steel towers, this tower type occupies less land and offers better visual transparency. This makes it particularly suitable for areas with high landscape requirements. Our Three Leg Tubular Towers range from 20 meters to 100 meters in height. The top load design value ranges from 10kN to 40kN. This accommodates multiple antennas, RRU units, and feeder systems. Maximum wind speed capacity is 35 m/s, and earthquake resistance is grade 8. The main material is Q355B or Q420B high-strength steel pipe. We connect sections with flanges or plug joints for easy on-site assembly. Our production facility includes 6 sets of 1250A automatic submerged arc welders and 4 large laser cutting machines. These ensure precise pipe cutting and welding. Monthly production capacity for pipe towers is 1,000 to 1,500 tons. Standard delivery takes 15-20 days.
