Guyed Communication Tower

The Guyed Communication Tower is a cost-effective tower type for communication applications. Its body uses lightweight angle steel or steel pipe trusses. Multiple steel cables (guy wires) from different directions anchor it to ground foundations. This design uses less steel and costs less than self-supporting towers. It is suitable for tall towers with light loads, such as radio and television transmission and microwave relay. Qingdao Hongyuanfeng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. manufactures Guyed Communication Towers using Q235B or Q355B angle steel. All towers receive hot-dip galvanizing with a zinc coating of at least 86μm. The guy wires use high-strength galvanized steel strands. Ground anchor foundations are designed based on geological conditions. Although the land footprint is large, the tower structure is light. This makes it ideal for open fields, hilltops, and areas with difficult access. We support custom production based on customer technical drawings.

Our Guyed Communication Towers range from 30 meters to 120 meters in height. The top load design value ranges from 3kN to 15kN. Maximum wind speed capacity is 35 m/s, and earthquake resistance is grade 8. The tower body uses bolted connections. Guy wires are tensioned through adjusting screws. Our production lines include 8 fully automatic angle steel lines and 4 large laser cutting machines. Annual capacity is 2,000-3,000 tons. Standard delivery takes 15-20 days. We provide complete accessories including guy wires, anchors, and insulators for one-stop supply.
