Lattice Steel Structure

The Lattice Steel Structure is the most common steel structure type in substations. It uses angle steel connected by bolts or welding to form a truss structure. This structure supports busbars, equipment, and conductors in substations. The Lattice Steel Structure has high load capacity, good ventilation, and low cost. It is widely used in substations of 110kV and above. Qingdao Hongyuanfeng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. manufactures Lattice Steel Structures using Q235B or Q355B angle steel. The entire structure receives hot-dip galvanizing with a zinc coating of at least 86μm. This meets GB/T 2694-2018 standards. We provide custom designs based on substation layout and electrical equipment arrangement.

Our Lattice Steel Structures range from 5 meters to 20 meters in height. Load capacity is calculated per equipment weight and conductor pulling force. Maximum wind speed capacity is 35 m/s, and earthquake resistance is grade 8. Our production lines include 8 fully automatic angle steel lines and 4 large laser cutting machines. Annual capacity is sufficient. Qingdao Hongyuanfeng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. started in 2019. Our factory covers 151 mu with 120 employees.
