H Beam Structure

The H Beam Structure is a high-capacity support type for substations. It uses H-beams as main load-bearing members. The H-section has a large moment of inertia and excellent bending and compression resistance. This makes it suitable for heavy and large equipment support. H Beam Structures are widely used in ultra-high voltage substations and large hub substations. Qingdao Hongyuanfeng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. manufactures H Beam Structures using Q355B H-beams. The entire structure receives hot-dip galvanizing with a zinc coating of at least 86μm. This meets GB/T 2694-2018 standards. The structure is regular in shape and has reliable connections. It meets the strict foundation stability requirements of large equipment.

Our H Beam Structures range from 5 meters to 20 meters in height. Maximum wind speed capacity is 35 m/s, and earthquake resistance is grade 8. Our advanced cutting and welding equipment ensure quality. Annual capacity is sufficient. We started in 2019, cover 151 mu, employ 120 workers, and hold 14 patents.
