Pre-job Preparation: Confirm that the operators are certified to work, wear labor protection supplies, and are familiar with the equipment structure and interlocking logic.
Check Before Starting: Check the anchor bolt tightening, coupling connection, lubricating oil level/oil quality, smooth cooling water, inlet and outlet valve status (the pump needs to be primed and exhausted, the fan needs to close the damper), and the electrical instruments are normal.
Startup Sequence: Usually follow the sequence of "water treatment → water supply pump → induced draft fan → blower → burner"; it will be officially started after inching test rotation to confirm that the steering is correct.
Operation Monitoring: Monitor current, vibration, noise, temperature and pressure parameters in real time, and stop the machine immediately if abnormal noise, severe vibration or over-temperature is detected.
Stop Sequence: First stop the fuel/burner, then stop the blower, and finally stop the induced draft fan; pumps must first close the outlet valve and then cut off the power to prevent water hammer.
