Each type of equipment has different requirements for structure height, mounting surface size, and load capacity. The design of the Equipment Support Structure must precisely match the equipment manufacturer's installation drawings. Qingdao Hongyuanfeng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. manufactures Equipment Support Structures using steel pipes or H‑beams. All components receive hot‑dip galvanizing with a zinc coating of at least 86μm. This meets GB/T 2694‑2018 standards. Our R&D and processing teams provide precise custom designs based on equipment weight, dimensions, mounting hole positions, and operational requirements. The mounting accuracy reaches millimeter level.

Our Equipment Support Structures range from 0.5 meters to 5 meters in height. The specific height is determined by equipment operation and maintenance needs. Load capacity is designed per equipment weight, typically ranging from 2 tons to 20 tons. For heavy equipment like circuit breakers and transformers, the load capacity can exceed 30 tons. Maximum wind speed capacity is 35 m/s, and earthquake resistance is grade 8. Our production equipment includes a 3200T heavy‑duty bending machine, 800T and 400T hydraulic presses. Monthly capacity is sufficient and standard delivery takes 15‑20 days. Each structure has a top mounting plate or flange with pre‑drilled bolt holes matching the equipment. The base connects to the foundation with anchor bolts.
