Angle Steel Pole

The Angle Steel Pole is a special pole type for changing line direction in distribution lines. When a line needs to turn, the Angle Steel Pole withstands the horizontal pull and vertical loads from conductors. Compared to angle steel turning towers, steel poles occupy less land and have a cleaner appearance. They are suitable for urban road intersections and narrow corridors. Qingdao Hongyuanfeng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. manufactures Angle Steel Poles using high-strength steel pipe structures. The wall thickness is increased and the foundation is enlarged. The entire pole receives hot-dip galvanizing with a zinc coating of at least 86μm. We provide custom designs for turning angles from 0° to 90° to meet various line routing needs.

Our Angle Steel Poles range from 10 meters to 30 meters in height. The maximum turning angle reaches 90°. Maximum wind speed capacity is 35 m/s, and earthquake resistance is grade 8. Our production equipment includes a 3200T heavy-duty bending machine and an 800T hydraulic press. Monthly production capacity is 1,000-1,500 tons. We have passed three management system certifications and are a "High-tech Enterprise". We produce according to customer drawings with a minimum order of 10 tons.
